Gifts to Make for Kids!

Alright folks, it's here---- THE HOLIDAY SEASON! It's Hannukah time! It's Christmas time! Time to get in the spirit! I looooove Christmas. I start planning in July (casually at first, I don't want to make a big deal of it and be that crazy Christmas person, but it always helps to start early when you're making a lot of gifts) and I really start to get going in September and now, the day after Thanksgiving, I'm ready to be public with my love for Christmas and all things Christmasy!

It's no secret that I love to make things for people. I probably go over board, but there's something so satisfying about giving a handmade gift, especially one you think will be well received.

I'm rounding up some projects that you can complete during one of our 7 Open Workshops between now and Christmas! When possible, you can purchase a materials kit from the studio to make it super easy on you (see links below). If you don't want to, I'll provide you with a list of materials before class!

First in this series are gifts you can make for kids. Yes, these are all projects that my kids can do in our after school classes (and hey, if you want to give them sewing classes you can do that here: http://www.hartfordstitch.com/register.html !) but that's because kids love them! Make one for your little one this holiday!
