Your spot in a class, camp, or event is not reserved until you have completed the registration and paid in full.
We must meet minimum enrollment 3 days prior to the first day of the workshop, class or event. If we are unable to meet enrollment we will contact you to let you know and refund your registration fee.
Hartford Stitch may cancel a class at any time. Should we do so you would be issued a full refund.
Registrations for camps are fully refundable up to 4 weeks before the first day of camp. Within 4 weeks there is no refund or class to class transfers unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist.
Registration for Foundations classes (Sewing, Bagmaking, Garment and Quilting) are fully refundable up to 2 weeks before the first class. Within 2 weeks there is no refund or class to class transfers unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist.
Registrations for one-time workshops are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the first day of the workshop. Within 7 days there is no refund or class to class transfer unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist. (Please see exclusion below.)
Exception: Workshops or classes taught by guest teachers are not refundable at any time unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist.

Kid and Teen Afterschool classes have one scheduled makeup day to be used for any weather cancellation or personal absence including illness, quarantine, schedule conflict or travel. The scheduled makeup will be the week following the last class at the same time as your regularly scheduled class. Please see your class listing for more details. There is no makeup for the makeup day.
Adult 8 week Foundations classes include one make up credit to be used during an Open Workshop if you miss a class due to weather or personal absence including illness, quarantine, schedule conflict or travel. The makeup must be used within 1 month of the last day of class or will be forfeited. If you need to schedule your makeup please contact us for a registration code.
There are no makeups on one time workshops for kids or adults.

Student refers to the person taking the class whether it be you or your child.

We ask that students follow the CDC guidelines for quarantine, isolation and masking.
For classes beginning on or after March 21st masks are optional. If the class started before March 21st, student must wear a mask until the end of the class.
Hartford Stitch will make all reasonable efforts but may not be able to enforce all of the above.
