CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Your spot in a class, camp, or event is not reserved until you have completed the registration and paid in full.

  • We must meet minimum enrollment 3 days prior to the first day of the workshop, class or event. If we are unable to meet enrollment we will contact you to let you know and refund your registration fee.

  • Hartford Stitch may cancel a class at any time. Should we do so you would be issued a full refund.

  • Registrations are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the first day of the workshop, class or event. (Please see exclusion below.)

  • Exception: Workshops or classes taught by guest teachers are not refundable at any time unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist.

  • No refund or class-to-class transfer will be allowed within 7 days of the first day of the workshop, class or event. If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist then we will refund your registration fee.

COVID-19 PRECAUTION POLICY

Student refers to the person taking the class whether it be you or your child.

  • If the Student has been exposed to COVID-19 within 2 weeks prior to the first day of the event, they may not attend.

  • If the Student, or someone in the Student’s household, has tested positive for COVID-19 within 2 weeks of the first day of the event, they may not attend.

  • If the Student has been directed to quarantine they may not attend.

  • If the Student is experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell they may not attend.

  • Everyone entering the building must wear a mask for the entirety of their stay. You will be notified should this policy change after your registration but before your class.

  • Hartford Stitch will make all reasonable efforts but may not be able to enforce all of the above.
