About the event
Join us in turning our scraps into colorful and cozy quilts to be donated to Journey Home in Hartford. (This is a free event.) Community Quilt Day 2027 will be in February, but it doesn't mean we can get started early!
We request the blocks follow these guidelines:
-At least 13" x 13" (experienced quilters can trim to 12.5" x 12.5")
-All one colorway (this helps with creating cohesive quilts)
-Improv in style-- no traditional blocks, please!
From now until December 15th we'll be collecting blocks! Register and make a pledge!
