SUMMER Garment Technique: Pockets

**Summer registration opens 4/25 for newsletter subscribers and 4/27 for general public.** In this Summer Garment Workshop our focus will be POCKETS! There are so many ways to create pockets and this workshop will show you how to create a slash pocket for a pants or skirt pattern and the proper way to make a patch pocket (like you find on the back of jeans). All materials are provided. ********************* Date: Tuesday, July 21st from 6:30pm - 8:30pm Skill Level: Advanced beginner sewing experience required. You should be comfortable operating a sewing machine. Ages: 16+ Equipment and Materials: You are welcome to bring your own machine or use one of ours. All materials will be provided. Cancellation Policy
-A minimum enrollment must be met by 72 hours prior to the workshop or the workshop may be cancelled. If this happens you will receive a full refund. -You may cancel for a refund or transfer your registration up to 1 week before a one-time workshop, 2 weeks before a Foundations or After School series, 3 weeks before an Intensive Workshop, and 4 weeks before a camp. There are no refunds or class transfers for guest teachers. After this date there will be no refunds or transfers unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist. -All student requested refunds will be subject to a 3% processing fee. -Hartford Stitch reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. Should we do so you will receive a full refund. -No shows forfeit any refund or transfers. -Hartford Stitch reserves the right to substitute teachers either for a single class or the entire session if necessary. -Please note: our studio at 207 Park Rd is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs.. Our new studio at 13 Sedgwick Rd is on the ground floor without any stairs.
