Service Description
Please Note: You can book Open Workshops with a package or individually! Looking for a group class but you have a very specific project in mind? Our Open Workshops will be a perfect fit! What to expect: -Plenty of individualized teacher instruction -Access to all of our tools and equipment (though you are welcome to bring your own!) -The opportunity to work on your own project. Whether you make one thing from start to finish or have questions about several projects-- make the class what you need! -Please note: we can not accommodate garment fitting during these workshops. You should have some experience with the sewing machine (if you don't consider a private lesson or Sewing Machine 101 class!) -Equipment: We have all the equipment you need, but strongly recommend that you bring your own machine and tools if you have them available. -Materials: You must provide all your own materials. We have limited materials available for purchase so if there is something you need please reach out to us prior to the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
-A minimum enrollment must be met by 72 hours prior to the workshop or the workshop may be cancelled. If this happens you will receive a full refund. -You may cancel for a refund or transfer your registration up to 1 week before a one-time workshop, 2 weeks before a Foundations or After School series, 3 weeks before an Intensive Workshop, and 4 weeks before a camp. There are no refunds or class transfers for guest teachers. After this date there will be no refunds or transfers unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist. -All student requested refunds will be subject to a 2.7% processing fee. -Hartford Stitch reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. Should we do so you will receive a full refund. -No shows forfeit any refund or transfers. -Hartford Stitch reserves the right to substitute teachers either for a single class or the entire session if necessary.
