**Early Registration for Current Students opens 11/9/23 **Early Registration for Newsletter Subscribers opens 11/18/23 **General Registration opens 11/20/23 When was the last time you sat down to play at your sewing machine? In this workshop you'll learn how to let your creativity run wild and use smaller bits of fabric to create a beautiful larger piece! You'll learn technical aspects of improvisational quilting (like keeping those seams lying flat) as well as working with color and block composition. Each student will leave with at least 1 block for future projects (they make great pillows and tote bags!) and lots of inspiration for the future! Skill Level: Beginner . Basic sewing machine operation is required. You don't need to have any prior quilting experience. Date and Time: Saturday, January 20th from 12:30pm- 3:30pm Ages: 16+ Equipment Needed: We have plenty sewing machine and tools for you to use. If you'd like to bring your own machine you are more than welcome to! Materials Needed: You will need to bring various scrap fabric. More details will be sent after registration. Instructor: Stacey
-A minimum enrollment must be met by 48 hours prior to the workshop or the workshop may be cancelled. If this happens you will receive a full refund. -You may cancel for a refund or transfer your registration up to 1 week before a one-time workshop, 2 weeks before a Foundations or After School series and 4 weeks before a camp. There are no refunds or class transfers for guest teachers. After this date there will be no refunds or transfers unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist. -Hartford Stitch reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.
