Service Description

In this one-time workshop we'll learn how to make the classic Japanese bento bag. Perfect for stashing small things, keeping in your car as an extra shopping bag or even for gift wrap! Date and Time: -Evening Session: Thursday, April 7th from 7pm - 9pm with Laura -Morning Session:L Friday, April 22nd from 9:30am - 11:30am with Laura Skill Level: Beginner. You should be familiar with using a sewing machine and sewing a straight-ish line. (Ex. Adult Sewing Machine 101) Ages: 16+, 13+ with paying adult or special permission Materials Needed: -1/2 yard fabric for the outside: lightweight to midweight recommended -1/2 yard fabric for the inside: lightweight recommended -coordinating thread

Cancellation Policy

-A minimum enrollment must be met by 48 hours prior to the workshop or the workshop may be cancelled. If this happens you will receive a full refund. -You may cancel for a refund or transfer your registration up to 1 week before a one-time workshop, 2 weeks before a Foundations or After School series and 4 weeks before a camp. There are no refunds or class transfers for guest teachers. After this date there will be no refunds or transfers unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist. -Hartford Stitch reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. Should we do so you will receive a full refund. -No shows forfeit any refund or transfers. -Hartford Stitch reserves the right to substitute teachers either for a single class or the entire session if necessary.
